 At Home

Patient and family member walking

This section is for those who have had surgery and are now recovering at home. It is strongly recommended a family member or caregiver stay with you for the first two to three days after you return home.

These links will teach you everything you need to do for your follow-up care after you return home. You will learn exercises and activities that are part of your rehab and recovery. You will learn also about taking precautions to protect your hip or knee, and when it is safe to resume your everyday activities and get back to normal.
