Walker or Crutches
Cane *progressing from walker

Sitting Aids:

Raised toilet seat (with or without armrests) OR commode chair

Dressing Aids:

Dressing – Long Handled reacher
Dressing – Long Handled Shoe Horn
Dressing – Sock Aid
Elastic shoe laces (otherwise use slip on shoes with an enclosed heel)

Bathing Aids:

Long handled sponge
Non-slip bathmat
Hand-held shower hose

For Walk-in Shower:

Shower chair

For Bathtub:

Tub transfer bench or shower stool
Grab bars or add-on tub rail

Bring to Hospital

Patients do not need to bring any equipment to the hospital.
